I had a frustrating experience at this hotel as the room was tiny, the AC was broken, and the staff was unhelpful and rude about it. The price did not match the quality, and I had to search for another hotel late at night. However, the location was wonderful for exploring Miami and South Beach.
I had a disappointing experience with this hotel. The room was filthy and the staff's attitude about the AC issue was unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here, even for a lower price.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and disappointments. The rooms, although looking different from the photos online, turned out to be comfortable and spacious. Being located near the lobby and having our car safely parked in a locked area added convenience to our stay. However, the distance from the beach and main entertainment areas could be a drawback.
